Bulk Order Actions in Unified Inbox

What changed

  • Select multiple orders and apply actions in bulk (mark shipped, print labels, assign to warehouse)
  • Keyboard shortcuts added for power users (Shift+click for range select)

Why it matters

Processing orders one-by-one doesn't scale. During busy periods, you need to move fast. Bulk actions let you handle 50 orders in the time it used to take to handle 5 — without sacrificing accuracy.

Improved Supplier Feed Error Messages

  • Error messages now explain what went wrong in plain language
  • Each error includes a suggested fix

Why it matters

"Error code 4012" doesn't help anyone. When a supplier feed fails, you need to know why and how to fix it — not spend time researching error codes. Clearer messages mean faster resolution.

TikTok Shop Integration

  • Connect TikTok Shop accounts via OAuth
  • Orders sync into unified inbox
  • Inventory syncs across TikTok Shop and all other connected channels

Why it matters

Social commerce is growing fast. Adding TikTok Shop shouldn't mean adding operational complexity. Orders flow into the same inbox, inventory stays accurate across all channels — TikTok Shop becomes just another channel in your unified operation.

Faster Inventory Sync for High-Volume Periods

What changed

  • Optimised sync architecture for peak traffic conditions
  • Sub-2-minute sync time maintained even during volume spikes

Why it matters

Peak season is when sync speed matters most. Black Friday, Prime Day, Christmas — these are the moments when delayed sync causes overselling. This improvement ensures the system performs when you need it most.

Fixed: Duplicate SKU Creation on Certain Supplier Feeds

  • Resolved edge case where supplier feeds with special characters in product codes could bypass duplicate detection
  • Affected records have been identified and flagged for review

Why it matters

Duplicate SKUs break everything downstream — inventory counts split, reports fragment, you end up competing against yourself. This fix closes a gap in our duplicate prevention logic.

Warehouse Bin Location Search

  • Search for products by bin location from the inventory screen
  • Results show all products in a specific location with current quantities

Why it matters

Sometimes you need to know what's in a specific bin — for cycle counting, reorganisation, or troubleshooting. This search makes that information instantly accessible without navigating through the warehouse hierarchy.

Order Validation Warnings Before Fulfilment

  • System now flags potential issues before orders move to fulfilment
  • Warnings include: low stock, condition mismatch, missing shipping details

Why it matters

Catching problems before you pick and pack saves time and prevents cancellations. A warning at the right moment is worth more than an error report after the fact.

Fixed: Amazon FBA Inventory Not Updating on Certain EU Regions

Fix

What changed

  • Resolved sync issue affecting FBA inventory visibility for Amazon Germany, France, and Italy accounts
  • Inventory now updates correctly within standard sync windows

Why it matters

If you can't see your FBA stock, you can't sell confidently. This fix restores complete visibility for sellers operating in European Amazon marketplaces.

Veronica AI Assistant — General Availability

  • Veronica, the AI assistant, is now available to all users
  • Ask questions in natural language: "Which products are running low?" "What happened to order #12345?"

Why it matters

You shouldn't need to learn a query language to get answers about your own business. Veronica understands context and gives you answers, not just data. It's a faster way to get the information you need.
